1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or browsing https://www.inezashots.com, booking photography sessions, or engaging our studio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Uganda. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Photography Services & Studio Bookings
All client appointments (including wedding coverage, traditional ceremonies such as Kwanjula and Kuhingira, graduation shoots, studio portraits, and commercial sessions) are confirmed upon mutual agreement and payment of the designated reservation retainer.
- Scheduling & Timelines: Session start times are strictly reserved. Clients are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to their studio booking.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
- Image Delivery: High-resolution retouched digital files, print albums, and framed photographs will be delivered according to the agreed package timeframe (typically 3 to 14 business days).
3. Copyright & Image Licensing
Unless explicitly negotiated in a commercial buyout contract:
- Ineza Shots retains full statutory copyright ownership of all original photographs, RAW captures, video clips, and creative assets produced during any shoot.
- Clients receive a personal, non-commercial reproduction license allowing them to print, share, and post their finished high-resolution photos on personal social media channels.
- Ineza Shots reserves the right to display selected images in our studio portfolio, website journal, and promotional materials.
4. User Comments & Website Code of Conduct
Users who submit comments or feedback on our photography journal agree to submit respectful, original, and legal remarks. Ineza Shots reserves the right to moderate, edit, or delete any comments deemed defamatory, obscene, spammy, or infringing upon third-party rights.
5. Google AdSense & Third-Party Content
This website serves contextual advertisements via Google AdSense and may feature links to external websites and manufacturers. Ineza Shots is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites linked within our articles.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ineza Shots shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on any informational guides published herein.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala.
